i have bilateral swelling under tongue with small bumps on them...the color is pretty much the same as rest .. it is painless

 I did smoke for about 5 years and quit about a month ago...this has been there for about 3 months.. i also get a lot of spit in my mouth..its not excessive but its noticeable... i have not had the chance to go to a doctor..
