I have an uncle who just went under colostomy operation.After a year his scrotum started to get bigger.What can we do?

He is 50 years old.One year post op on colostomy.

Could be an inguinal hernia, the intestine or the bladder protrudes through the abdominal wall or into the inguinal canal in the groin. About 80% of all hernias are inguinal, and most occur in men because of a natural weakness in this area and from the colostomy operation.

Or, Epididymo-orchitis (  infection of the epididymis testicle), Testicular torsion, blocked tube, ligament injury,  irritation, or other condition. 

Best for him to see a doctor for a correct diagnosis.
