Your best bet if you have a lump that doesn't go away is to have it checked. It could just be a swollen or infected lymph node but then again it could be something more serious so the sooner you get checked the better for you.
I've learned that it's always better to be safe rather than sorry so if you haven't had a breast exam by now then get moving and go get one! ;)
