It could be a sebaceous cyst. A few years ago I cut one open on my hubby's back and stinky white/yellow stuff poured out of it. I grabbed the empty sac with tweezers and cut it of at the neck. Do a search for sebaceous cyst on YouTube and see if yours looks like that.
