my 72 yo mother was diagnosed 1 year 2 days ago with stage 111A lung ca , left side thoracotomy and wedge resection, lymphnode and mediastinum involvement, had 30days radiation combined with chemotherapy for 6 months. follow up radiology every 3 months over the last 6 months and was informed today she has mets to the right lung and hilar metastatic lymphadenopathy, would like her to get 2nd opinon but she is comfortable with oncologist here.
