hi i am ramesh and i am sufering from some sudden cough that occur in my body after spending 2 to 3 hours in low temperature

hi i am ramesh and i am sufering from some sudden cough that occur in my body after spending 2 to 3 hours in low temperature i.e in an A.C room. Is this the symptoms of throat cancer or not?
