Fashion Targets Breast Cancer

Posted Apr 30 2012 5:36am

I’ve watched the annual Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign with interest over the years, and have been happy to see it develop from a ’see me wearing a baggy t-shirt with a bullseye on it because I care’ to something much more, well, fashionable.

It’s a simple idea: designers and brands working with Fashion Targets Breast Cancer make a donation to Breakthrough Breast Cancer every time an item from their FTBC range sells. Some of the range is based on the target logo, some of it isn’t.

You can see the full range here , but I could, for example, buy this dress from Coast

a rather lovely satchel from M&S,   this fabulously camp teapot , and this dress from Laura Ashley , in case I spilled tea on the red one….

…and I would be Doing Good as well as Looking Fab. (I’m not entirely convinced that I could carry the red dress off, and obviously that handbag doesn’t Go, but you catch my drift.)

You can check out the Fashion Targets Breast cancer campaign here . Although it’s UK based, all of the products are available online, so if you live over the water you’ll need to check overseas shipping policies.

Happy shopping!

(And if you’re not much of a shopper, there are other ways you can help .)
