This afternoon had my EEG. Took 1.5 hours and of course will not know anything until the Neurologist has reported on it and I see the Neurosurgeon on Thursday night.
While I was at the hospital for my EEG I got chatting to some ladies that worked in Radiology that said even if I went thru the private hospital, if anything went wrong i.e infection etc that I would be transferred there to the public hospital anyway. So I am kind of thinking that it isn't really worth the extra $$ if you might end up there anyway. Will check with the Neurosurgeon Thursday night at my appointment how it all works.
Received my quotes in the mail today for the surgery from Neurosurgeon #1.
