does a tetanus shot cause your lymph nodes above your collar bone to swell?

I got a tetanus shot on Thursday....today is Tuesday.  My arm has the usual knot from it.  sunday I got up and noticed a lump above my left collar bone and it has a knot in it.  Sore and aggrevating when turn my head.   Could this be from tetanus or something else going on/
