Jaylon took a little detour into the jagged forest the last 7 days and emerged from it looking a bit parched and spent. He never felt lost in the darkness.  All the detour signs pointed him in the right direction and he made it home safely.  He battled a bacterial infection that originated from his access port. It subsequently resulted in the removal of his port by surgery.
