Dear Health Mavens, Will cancer cells starts to grow or form because of Leukemia - Chronic Leukemia, thanks in advance!

What is the cause of Leukemia?  Is it because of the blood disorder or because of cancer cells that was created inside the body?

Secondly, will there be other cancer cells start to grow because the person already have Leukemia?
