Cut back on the stress

One thing I have learn from some great doctors after going through so many surgeries, is stress can take a large toll on our healthl. Stress has become higher in our lives today due to the economy problems. We cannot delete stress totally but just like a diet when we say "cut back on the calories". The same goes for stress. When you find yourself at work, home or maybe at the mall such as someone pulled out in front of you while going to the mall, ask yourself what happens in that 5 minutes you stressed out? Most of the time our blood pressure goes up and if you are like me, my head gets hot. If we can just remember that it is not worth that 5 minutes to put our body through such stress and might I add unnecessary stress.
