At my fingertips, part 1

I’m very pleased with these.

They’re pretty and warm and were interesting to knit.

The pattern is Veyla by Ysolda Teague , which is a good thing, because Ysolda’s patterns are brilliantly clear and a little bit quirky.

I got the yarn from Treacle (1 ball of Rowan pure wool 4-ply) and the buttons from Loop.

And I’m hoping that I can put these away until October, at least.

(Has anyone in the UK even SEEN the sun lately? If I wasn’t suddenly interested in gardening I’d be most disconsolate. Still, every cloud….)
