Amazon's Kindle 2--future portable medical library?
Posted Feb 26 2009 12:00am
Walter Mossberg of the Wall Street Journal recently reviewed the wireless reading machine from Amazon called Kindle. This is the second generation of this machine. I was intrigued because I thought it would be grand if I could tote around my pathology textbooks, journals, and ephemera on this device rather than, um, a mini-van. I have recently purchased several textbooks from Amazon but (alas!) none are available for Kindle. The site has links to feedback to publishers to provide content in this format. Nevertheless, if you are are serious reader, this sounds cool (as the kids say).
