I was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma of the cervix last year and I am currently cancer free.
Most of the informtion I have found of Cervical cancer has been related to Squamous Cell Carcinoma and indeed my Cancer Nurse Specailist has not been able to provide me with much information either.
I would like to be proactive in my health care and would like to know if I should be hyper aware of possible conditions later in life. My question is - because I have had cancer of a glandular cell - am i more likley to develop another adenocarcinoma in other areas where glandular cells are present?
Any information you can provide me with would be greatly appreciated.
