I am a 45 y/o married female with severe Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Osteo Arthritis and more which has left me very disabled. I am also morbidly obese and seek out a way to do more exercise and loose weight. I currently do water stretching classes which have helped slightly, but I need more aerobic style exercise. This is very difficult as I walk EXTREMELY slow and must use a cane. I have horrible balance and bad pain 24/7. I am hoping that I can find some answers and help to improve... Full Bio
