My name is Brianne , I am a married mother of 3 . I have a son who is almost 11 , a daughter who is 8 1/2 , and a daughter who is 5 1/2.  I really appreciate and value a healthy life however I struggle with emotional eating and I think depression . I really want a lifestyle change but I dont feel like I get the support I need at home so I guess I am looking to see if I can find it here .
