Hi Godjii,

I would suggest only eating WILD caught fish especially Salmon. Do not eat farm raised fish as the contamination risk of POP's(Persistent Organic Pollutants-like DDT, Dieldrin, MethylMercury) is much much higher. Also these farm raised fish do not contain the levels of beneficial nutrients as wild caught varieties. Do not fall for misleading advertising either. Only buy when it says specifically "wild caught".  Signs like "naturally raised" and "Ocean Raised" are misleading and deceptive and they are farmed fish. Avoid eating Tuna and Swordfish as they are tops on the food chain and contain high levels of Mercury. Albacore tuna is higher risk than chunk light so only eat them once or twice a month. If you are of child bearing age and planning a family then I would skip the tuna altogether.  Hope that helps. My book- LIVE SMART available at Lulu goes into depth about the food supply, problems with food and water, and provides nutritional guidance to prevent, and for some cure cancer in alternative means. Hope this helps you. You can check out my blog posts & profile for some good info and links to help guide you. All the best.
