What should I eat to increase my red and white blood cell counts?

I got a breast cancer 4 yrs back and i comes back last january on my bones and something is blocking on my lungs. An i just have my blood test which shows that i have a 1 pt lower red blood cells and 0.6 lower white blood cells count?
