It dawned on me this morning that in 6 days I will have my next Chemo, this time with the new drug TAXATORE..... The idea sent chills through me. Not because of the drug just the idea of these poisons being pumped through me once again....My port is constantly itchy. It feels like an annoyance sewn inside my chest. My arm still hasn't healed 100% from all the PICC lines they tried to insert. Looks like dirty bruises... I am doing my level best to try and remain on an even keel to stop bitching about aches and pains but damit I really am having a lot of pain in the joint of my left knee. Bad enough to keep me on the sofa...When they did the bone scan I was positive they would find arthritis there. None at all.. I don't have any cartilages, those were removed years ago due to sports injuries...My hand feels like it is burning, the skin is starting to peel again...On top of it July has been a total washout literally with all the rain we are having.
Last night I was watching... "So you think you can dance"! If you haven't seen this piece with Melissa & Ade watch it... It is a beautiful moving dance routine about a woman fighting Breast Cancer" The end line, you just want to make it go away!

That's what we want for "IT" to go away. It's enough, I"m done with the sleepless nights, the vomiting the nausea the aches and pains, heart burn I never had before. I'm done with being scared every single day. I'm done with crying alone so no one sees me upset, you have to stay focused! I'm done with friends abandoning me because they can't deal with my cancer. I'm done with a lot of things... I'm also done with griping this morning.....It's pouring rain, what else is new? I have some apples, maybe bake a couple of pies......
