What is the latest study out on relationship of eating Soy products and having Breast Cancer.

I am a breast cancer survior going through menopause. I can not to be taking any type of estrogen products. With the hot flashes I am having I found a soy energizer drink that seems to reduce my hot flashes.   Several friends have just told me I sould stay clear of soy, can you help.
