today’s coping tips

These all deal with presenting myself when I go out. I find when I look good, I feel better. A little bit of grooming and accessorizing helps perk you up tremendously when you are pale, boldly bald and losing your eyebrows and eyelashes. Let me know what you think.

  1. put on makeup–today I’m using my favorite Mark eyeshadow from Avon
  2. wear jewelry–today I’m wearing the Swarovski panda pin Marvin got me and my six favorite rings along with the moment’s favorite earrings.
  3. wear a scarf–scarves hide or at least soften the look of the T bar on my brace
  4. wear a hat–sometimes the scarf is my hat–today it’s my new pink mesh fedora
  5. have a manicure and pedicure–let’s face it, ladies, cool or pretty nails always uplift the spirit
