Tingling in my right nipple of my breast.

I get a tingling in my right nipple off and on.  It seems like I get it after I work out.  It is kind of bothersome and has been happening for quite some time.  I am 25 years old and asked my gynecologist about this.  She didn't seem too concerned or offer any suggestions.  What should I do?
