Pantyliners & Iron Supplements

No more Depends. Little pantyliners. Maybe tomorrow nothing will be needed.
Tried an iron supplement on an empty stomach this morning and have had nausea all day. UGH. No iron for me.
Gaining energy and feeling much better.
Life is good.
