I woke up today and noticed a pain in my right beast and felt what feels like a lump that moves if I move my fingers while putting my left hand under my armpit while my right arm is down(which also causes some pain). I think I may be close to my period and was worried about what it is.. could it be the big "C"?Any suggestions would be great.
