I have been trying to get connected to the circle of breast cancer survivors.   I have to admit that it started to find survivors who can take the survey for my thesis project.   However, I met this lady and my intention was totally changed.   She is fighting metastasized cancer in Houston.   Unfortunately, the latest medicine does not do any good for her.   She was very discouraged and down.   I thought she did not feel like taking the survey.   However, she said “if taking the survey would help other women, I want to’ and she did.   I was really moved by thoughtfulness.   I now feel responsibility to do something for women who fighting with BC.   I want to dedicate my research life even it may be less than 20 years to help BC survivors.   I believe that this is the work God wants me to do.
