I have little white bumps on my breast and they are painful, what can i do to get ride of the pain?

Very small said to be areolar glands and my nipples only are very sore, I don't like them ever touch, so it cant be that. not ,any but seems also to be in my nipple. Also my child is over 5 years old and I still have milk, i have not breast fed in over 4 years.
