I have had breast lumps since for 6 years and they have been checked out and deemed not cancerous. Is there a way to get rid of

I am 24 years old and have lumps in both breasts. It was known when I was around 18. An ultrasonic examination concluded that it was a prominent breast tissue and not cancerous. It's been 6 years now and the lumps are still there. These lumps make my breast feel heavy and it's really annoying. Is there any way to get rid of them?

This site recommends taking 500 mg of Vitamin E and Evening Primrose. But you should probably talk to your doctor about the best solution for you.
