i am 23 years old female and about a week ago i found a red painless lump on my right breast, it is about 3 fingers down from my nipple, i haven't noticed any other changes but my skin around the lump as become dry and peeling, should i see my gp about it, or is there anyone else i can see about it as i had a disappointing meeting with a gp last time i went.
