I have a breast nodule that was found during an ultrasound. Can an MRI determine if it is malignant or benign without a biopsy?

I have been diagnosed with a nodule in my right breast ( I have a family history of breast cancer), it was found during a ultrsound. I have dull pain at the 3 o'clock area of my breast, the nodule is at 9 o'clock and sharp pain straight into my nipple as though a pin is in it. Everyone I have seen so far seems to think it is breast cancer. Any thoughts
