I actually have a large solid movable lump in both of my breasts,need to know abt tht?

I have just recently turned 18 , and i have this lump in breast for more than 4 years .Its not painfull , i need to know is it that it can turn to be cancerous some time later? wht do i have to do now?do i need to have some medical help or just wait for it to dissapear?If i need some medical help,will it be a painfull procedure?and i have not told my parents abt it yet,ery shy to tell anyone? need some help?
