Hives for Lives

In 2004 two young women lost their grandfather and cancer supporters gained two wonderful young women. You see in honor of their grandfather they decided to use the honey from his bee hives as a way to raise money for cancer research. Molly and Candy are 16 and 14 years old and in the past four years they have donated $45,000 and are on track to raise $150,000 this year. Their honey can be found at many Whole Foods stores as well as through their web site.
