The more involved in blogging I get the more I see that every cancer has its own group and then there are sub groups in each of those groups. It doesn't look to me like people are even talking to each other. Fundraising is scattered and likely so are research and resources. What I've learned from my cancer battle is that we need each other. I have wonderful friends and family but none of them understand to the degree that other survivors do.
I'd like to try to change that. I don't know how much I'll be able to accomplish but what I am going to try to do is post general cancer resources as well as disease specific resources.
