Found a Lump on my left rib cage. I had DCIS on my left breast and was treated.

I have been cancer free for two years and just had a check up in September.  The dr. sent me for an x-ray six months ago for pain in the rib cage on my left side.  The pain is back again and I feel a small bump.  I have been on tomixifen for the past two years and wondering if this could be cancer in my rib cage?
