Could medication taken for metastasis breast cancer cause facial expression or voice changes?

My mother has been treated for 2 months for metastasis breast cancer with Zometa and a hormone clocker (given by injection once a month). We are noticing facial changes around her mouth. Her voice has also changed and it is bothering her.
