Can a cold affect breast tissue? I have a painful lump in both breasts and I am presently suffering a cold. Are they linked?

I have suffered from tender breasts during my period at times but I am not due for two weeks. I have had a cold now for three days and last night I noticed a tender lump on the armpit side of my left breast. I checked my right and it is tender as well. I would like to know if they are linked or should I be running to the doctor?
