Whooshing feeling in my head

Posted Oct 22 2008 4:53pm
There is one feeling that I have had on several occasions that I keep forgetting to mention. I get this whooshing feelings in my head, kind of like I can feel my brain moving inside my head! It usually only happens in the morning when I wake up and get out of bed. I hear a swoosh sound and it feels like my brain is moving. I told my doc about this, he said it is the spinal fluid and not to worry about it. When I was in PA for the holidays I was at lunch with my Mom and Aunt and Grandma. My Aunt was telling me how she has a condition that she has too much fluid in her head and they have to drain it sometimes and she described the whooshing sound, her doctors asked if she had it. I think when I see the UCLA docs again I will ask about it. Plus I keep having dreams that my head is infected again. Weird. And today my head feels strange, like nicotine withdrawal, yet I haven't had a cigarette in almost a year so why would I be withdrawing now, (although I have gotten this feeling every now and then for the past year) I mean I don't want a smoke, its not like a craving. It could be sinuses. My docs say I have allergies and my ear is bothering me. I need to use the Netti pot. This could all be so I have an excuse to not do things that I need to do, like the dishes, the laundry, etc... I hate cleaning!

Hey, I am starting to get some stubble on my bald spot! Its not all over, but its better than nothing!

Well, I have a party to get ready for. One of my friends that was at the birthday dinner last weekend is having her own birthday party tonight. She be fun, she is going to mud wrestle her roommate! Yes, female mud wrestling! I am not wrestling of course, I would definitely hurt myself! But it should be fun to watch!
