What does it mean "usually found in older brains" after having a cat scan

I have been suffering with some mental issues lately that are not typically me. Panic and anxiety attacks and a feeling of not in control. I had a brain cat scan and my Dr said what was confusing is some of what she saw is usually in older brains. I am 49
