I just had the most intense throbbing in my head and neck I have ever experienced. I had just added more weight to my lateral pull-down machine at the gym, and was straining pretty hard. It stopped me dead in my tracks, just as you reported, and gave me a real scare. All I could do was grab my head and pray I would throw up. I waited awhile to drive home, but it's been about 40 minutes now, and still feel the effects from it. Does anyone have any answers?
