we are wondering of our son's shunt is bothering him but he cannot communicate pain with us due to autism.

my 19-yr. son has autism and is vp shunted from one month of age with 5 revisions since.  he cannot communicate pain to us.  we have noticed his head cocked in an upward position now, whereas he used to look down most of the time.  now he refuses to look down most of the town, bumping into things as he walks.  he also started wetting his bed nightly.  his behaviors are also very odd and his eyes are turning more outward than previously.  (he has eye muscle problems anyway) we are concerned but the cat scan looked normal when we went to the ER.  any advice? our heart aches for him....
