Im 23 years old and was 100% fit and healthy until i got an ear infection from swimming in a pool, i then started having dizzy spells that come and go a couple of days after the infection, this has been going on for a month now,always tired,loss of appetite,and feels like my brain is foggy,some days are worse than others,ive been for all the blood tests and urine,it got so so bad i had a panic attack and went to the ER,my blood pressure rasies sometimes the doc says its from panic and anxiety attacks due to dizziness, doctors say it is a viral infection...please help ive never been sick like this before.
