I think I found out what is happening to me when I ride my exercise bike, VERTIGO! I looked it up and it seems very possible that I am experiencing vertigo. When I saw the doc I had a hard time explaining how I felt when it happened and I know why, it wasn't dizziness or lightheadedness. I have experienced both those before and this is something different and I think it is vertigo. Unfortunately I still can't see my neuro doc until sept but at least now I think I know what I am dealing with so I can try to solve the problem.

This morning I got a call from the car rental place of the car I hit while parking the other day. They are taking it to a few places for estimates and they are going to let me decide if I want to pay for it or let it go through the insurance company. I think I have $1000 deductible so I might just pay for it myself, that way my rates won't go up! I was so happy to hear that! I'll just put it on a credit card!

I think I am having some new side effects from the gamma knife. I have been getting a tingling along my hairline on my left side and in the back of my head. Plus I am getting a pinching feeling in my right temple again. And maybe the vertigo is a side effect, I will have to research that.

My ankle is still bothering me. I have been wearing a support all day for the past few days and I will take all my brace options to the foot doc on monday to see which is the best for me. It doesn't hurt as much as it did a couple days ago, but I didn't really do anything yesterday so maybe the resting it helped.

I slept through the night last night for the first time in a long time. Which got me wondering... I am thinking that maybe I have been, with the exception of last night, doing something- like talking in my sleep- that would cause my cat to wake me up. The other morning she meowed and I woke up and she was sitting right beside me looking at me, like purposely trying to wake me up. Kinda makes sense, I mean I have had her for many years and she never used to wake me up in the morning, only the past few months she has been doing it. Maybe its because of something I am doing in my sleep. Maybe she is being protective of me, making sure that I am ok. I don't know if I will ever find out though, I live alone so there is no one to tell me if I am doing anything!
