The problem with this list is that it is way too generic. Since most stroke survivors have very short rehab options most of what they need to do to recover becomes do-it-yourself rehab. What specific exercises are needed to recover an arm, a hand, a shoulder, cognition, memory? I know this goes against most medical intervention but the health payment industry has forced this so the medical establishment should followup with do-it-yourself instructions.
