Toe Trouble

Posted Oct 22 2008 4:53pm
I have been fighting my left big toe for almost 2 weeks now and I think I am going give in and call the doc tomorrow. I am afraid it is getting infected. I am a little feverish tonight and I have a swollen lymph node in my neck and my toe still hurts like crazy! I don't want to risk an infection. And if I get called for work I need my toe to NOT hurt when I walk! And I need to make sure that it isn't the reason my head has felt all wonky the past couple of days, because I remembered how I felt a year ago when I had the infection in my head. Now I know it can't be that bad, but I want to keep any infection I may have from spreading to my blood stream.

Aside from my toe problems, the only other thing is my head has felt a bit heavy the past couple days and I have gotten a little lightheaded a couple times. Still trying to figure everything out. I know yesterday I didn't drink enough water, but today I know I drank plenty so I don't know what the problem is, unless of course, its the allergy medication I am on. I will hopefully be done with that Friday after my allergy test. And the smoke smell was back again today, really have NO idea what is causing that. My life is just full of questions that may never get answered, but then again, whose isn't!

I bought a sound spa to help me get to sleep. I usually use the tv but the light of the tv is too bright. I thought I would like the ocean sound but when I tried it there were birds! Who wants to hear birds in their room? Not me. Then I tried the waterfall but it sounded too much like static and that made me think of the movie White Noise and so I was too afraid of hearing voices. The rain sound made me need to go to the bathroom. The summer night was ok, but it had crickets which to me is not soothing. So I chose the thunder. I didn't think I would like it but I did.
