I, along, with all Americans am suffering at the pump, paying too much at the grocery store, and trying to find ways to cut costs.
I have not yet received my economic stimulus check. And am not relying on it-I know it will pay another bill, or something will come up that I will have to take care of. Like forever, it seems.
But, a recent article states that sales went up in May when Americans received these huge sums via the U.S. Government- but that their attitudes are still in the tank-take a read- and on, by the way--just swoon to the selection of words--just like music!
Consumer confidence: "The economy really sucks"
Consumers may be spending their economic stimulus checks, as proven by a significant jump in spending in May, but they sure aren't whistling while they work. whistle
