The Presidential candidates, (of ...

The Presidential candidates, (of which there are many) are all trying to cut themselves from the pack. I had some amusing observations after watching both the Democratic and Republican debates.

First, the Democratic debate was much more lively, and even more fun to look at! Even without Mike Gravel, it would have been. Dennis Kicinich was able to get Obama's dander up, which was kind of funny, and Joe Biden's one word answer to his well-known gaffe ridden speeches was priceless.

Yes, it was probably not a show that I will remember forever- but at least it was bearable.

Now, the Republican debate, that was a different medication alltogether! First, the camera followed all of the "men" from their posterior view walking into the elegant Reagan Library. They all had the appearance of men walking to the gas chamber. Their answers and cadence was so boring that I fell asleep throughout about 45 mintues of the torture. However, I did see John McCain rant about what he would do to our still lost Osama - and then giggle afterwards(?)!! VEry weird and forgettable. Actually they were all forgettable.

If that is the best that America has to offer, perhaps the majority of them should rent a home on the Outer Banks.
