Should I be concerned about a ~20-30 minutes experience of "scatoma"?

--I was at work, and experienced something like having looked too directly at a bright light, and then the visual field being slow to come back, and with that there was like an upsidedown fingernail moon shape of blurr with the major vision loss being up, periferally--I work where sometimes my head is down, but I can see customers pass my work station, and in this case it was like having a baseball cap bill blocking my view.  No pain. No dizziness.  Don't remember looking directly at a light, either. Cleared up spontaneously as it started.
