Recently school principal Jeanine Fuller in Warwick, R.I. announced that there will be a no chatting rule at St. Rose of Lima School. This rule was instituted after three children almost choked during lunchtime.
Posters and hot air balloons were found during the week filled with catholic gifts telling the residents of Warwick that a no chatting rule will also be instituted in the city if anyone is caught -either leaving their television on too loud during the State of the Union address - or -if they are found -dancing in the streets upon the election of Barock Obama!
