She was working in the kitchen when she felt dizzyness and had a seizure.Her face was drooping to the left and her left arm was numb and out of control.she couldn't speak at that time.The whole thing lasted for about 3-4 minutes and her condition came back to normal after that. The doctors after getting the MRI told that she might be having a Granuloma in brain.Could you please suggest the best treatment and can it be cured without surgery?
