Not exactly news: Multitasking hurts brain's ability to focus

Although new articles about multitasking come out so frequently that one would be hard-pressed to read them all, this one from yesterday had some examples and several somewhat interesting quotes from scientists so I read it. Excerpt from " Multitasking hurts brain's ability to focus, scientists say " (Seattle Times):
